How to clear a licence error.
Once a licence error is detected you will need to take the following steps to clear it. Go to About Neatworkz menu and check that the licence is reported as valid. Then press OK to exit the command and restart Vectorworks. Everything should now work fine. If the problem persists then submit a help ticket.
