Nothing! Neatworkz is available free-of-charge for use by our subscribers.
What do we sell?
Support. You pay for access to the subscriber areas of this site. Subscribing to our site allows you to download and activate the current version of Neatworkz, and gives you access to online documentation and the helpdesk.
Our support
Neatworkz is a tool for professionals and you need to get your work done - we respect that and our support is unstinting. During your first 6 months we will also support you via telephone and online VNC sessions if required. The learning curve for Neatworkz is not at all steep and we find in practice that almost all users are fully competent within weeks.
How much does it cost?
We offer the choice of two support plans: 6-month plans for users who want to try out Neatworkz, and 12-month plans for long-term users. The 12-month plan offers access to more file downloads. Please click here to see the available options.
If your subscription expires?
Neatworkz will continue to function as installed on your computer and you can keep on using it. You will lose access to site facilities (e.g online help, downloads, activation and helpdesk).
REFUND POLICY
All purchases are final - when you buy support you are buying the right to our time and we cannot offer a refund. Please contact us with any questions you have before you make a purchase.
